We are looking for a full time Floor Administrator to join a successful global company.
The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the regular functioning of the office and will be in charge of efficient day-to-day operations.
•Welcoming and assisting visitors, both face-to-face and over the phone.
•Ensuring the regular operation of the floor kitchen.
•Dealing with various suppliers and service providers (including ordering and purchasing supplies).
•Providing administrative services and support and taking on a range of different assignments.
•At least 1 year of proven experience in administrative positions.
•Excellent computer skills, including all MS office programs, Outlook and online skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•High proficiency in English – read, written and spoken - must.
•Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
