Primary responsibilities include:
• Analyzing business deal structure.
• RFPs
• Generating PLs for each deal, Plan Vs Actual – Analyzing its profitability
• E2E responsibility for conduction commission calculation process for payment and its accuracy into the company books
• Analyze sales performance results, prepare commission reports – uses spreadsheets, databases and ERP systems to gather data for payment calculation and Q provision.
• Synthesizing substantial amounts of data into concise, actionable messaging and reporting
• Proactively calculation, monitoring sales commission data looking for trends, anomalies, and other insights.
• Resolves reconciliation issues around payments.
• Be a “call center” for commission PMT results.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Economic or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as analysts with preference to business and Sales Compensation
• Experience of business partnering and commercial understanding
• Experience in NASDAQ company’s preference to Hi-tech.
• Experience with ERP systems advantage to Oracle.
• Strong office skills, particularly in Excel.
• High and Robust analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with the ability to interpret and synthesize financial data and present in an accurate, concise, digestible and actionable manner
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including senior management.
• Excellent English skills both written and spoken.
• Excellent teamwork, accountability, and keen eye of details.
