Field Support Engineer

Position Description:
• Support HW Electrical circuits
• Support Embedded SW web based applications
• Remote troubleshooting, communication
• Knowledge base building and maintenance
• Technical documentation and training

Requirements:
• Electrical or Electronics engineer
• Previous experience in customer support positions in HW oriented products
• Customer oriented, team player and excellent communication skills
• Experience with high voltage systems - Advantage
• Experience with Photovoltaic systems – Advantage
• Fluent English, speaking and writing – Must. Other languages - Advantage
• Documentation & Training skills
