Roles & Responsibilities:
Liaising with all marketing sales and brand managers field personnel
Develop field marketing plans for improving sales and profitability
Ability to tailor market-specific marketing plans with global distributors and campaigns, and work with the corporate team to execute these plans.
Assist the team in planning and scheduling marketing campaigns, tradeshows, conferences, industry meetings, etc.
Recommend innovative and creative geography-specific approaches for revenue growth.
Monitor and manage expenditures within the allotted budget of global distributors
Develop training and other programs for the dealer sales team to enhance their productivity to sell products.
Help monitor field marketing programs regularly to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in field marketing
Positive attitude, proactive, assertive dynamic personality
Self-motivated with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in various tasking situation
Excellent writing, communication, and organization skills
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural abilities
Proven track record of working both independently and in a team
Ability to work within tight deadlines independently and without compromising the high standards of the output
Relevant marketing experience in the Powersports industry. Motorcycle experience – a PLUS
English high level – A MUST
