This position requires outstanding interpersonal skills, independency, ability to multitask and attention to detail. Daily activity includes calendar and travel management, email communication with internal and external stakeholders, office management tasks and more.

Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will wear multiple hats:
Executive Assistant to the CEO, – supporting him (in person and remotely) on everything from calendar and travel management, email communication with internal and external stakeholders. Orchestrate work to ensure the priorities are met and objectives are achieved.
Focal point on all office management matters – lead various administrative tasks and projects, from big to small. These change all the time, but could include travel oversight, record keeping, employee welfare, finance oversight, event planning etc.
Qualifications:
Recent 3+ years-experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant in a global setting
English Native speaker is a must; basic level of Hebrew is sufficient
Self-starting independent multitasker with incredible attention to detail
Resourceful quick thinker who knows how to constantly prioritize and adapt and does not let any ball to drop
Can-do approach with passion for working in a very fast-paced demanding environment
Exceptional communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills, positive attitude and witty humor
Comfortable in ambiguous, rapidly changing, loosely defined settings
Flexible work schedule; responsiveness outside general business hours when necessary
