תיאור המשרה

Role and responsibilities:
• Support the Chairman to ensure seamless execution of plans and avoid scheduling conflicts
• Act as a gatekeeper for the Chairman’s time, with heavy calendar management
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in Chairman’s internal and external network; represent Chairman in professional manner
• Prioritize conflicting obligations and needs, independently and proactively carry out projects to completion on tight deadlines
• Plan and coordinate external meetings, which may include booking travel for Key Opinion Leaders and managing logistics remotely
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team in Israel as needed.
 
Qualifications:
• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years supporting C-level executives, ideally CEO/Executive Chairman
• Experience in fast paced global environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with exemplary multi-tasking abilities
• Flexible work schedule; responsiveness outside general business hours when necessary
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to work in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment; self-motivated
• Ability to maintain composure and sense of humor in high-pressure situations.
