Responsibilities:
Lead an excellent team – through recruitment, mentoring, and day-to-day management
Own, design and deliver features for User & Device identity, authentication, and client-based and client-less remote access (ZTNA)
End to End ownership of our Windows, Mac, iOS, Android and Linux clients, designing and delivering new features from scratch
Take an active role in our Access & Identity products roadmap and vision
Collaborate with other engineering teams, product management, automation, operations and more to deliver and support integrative features
Innovate to extend the Cato capabilities in the Networking and Security worlds
Take part in the leadership of our engineering team, and contribute to the wider organization
Requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
5 years of experience as an engineering manager of a large-scale network or security solution
Deep understanding of low-level networking, and relevant practical experience
Proficiency with C in a multithreaded linux environment
Experience with Desktop and Mobile technologies across multiple platforms
Experience owning a full product lifecycle with frequent release cycles
Passion to deliver a great product & user experience
Motivated, a fast learner, independent and great at problem solving
BSc. degree in Computer Science from a known university
Experience in Microsoft Windows kernel driver development – advantage
