● Effectively help your team of quota-carrying salespeople, to manage a full sales cycle, build and manage a pipeline, forecast accurately and deliver results
● Provide support for escalations and participate directly in complex sales situations and negotiations
● Hire, motivate, coach and provide training to increase productivity and skill sets of employees
● Provide detailed activity reports, opportunity management, quotes, and forecasting as well as verbal feedback to sales management
● Collaborate with various teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and Product Management
● Ensure a high-quality customer experience
● Cultivate a healthy, diverse, and inclusive sales culture in support of the company`s core values
● Develop executive-level strategies and coordinate cross-functional support for clients in order to help salespeople close business
● Continue to evolve and mature the sales approach, methodology and management process
● 3-5 years of sales experience as a B2B sales account executive
● Experience with selling to enterprise companies
● 2+ years of management experience
● SaaS experience – A must
● Experience in business development lead generation – An advantage
● Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with client organization executives
● Experienced in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
● Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
● Native English speaker
● Self-starter, results-oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
● Excellent written and oral communication skills
● BA/MBA – An advantage
