תיאור המשרה

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build Support Operation including establishing support methodologies, processes and systems
• Work closely with Sales organization to ensure customers post-sales satisfaction and success
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• An open and inquisitive mind
• High motivation and self-drive, natural team player skills
• Understanding networking products and environment, cyber security experience preferred
• Fluent English (mother tongue level)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
• Proven success in either building Support organization, being part of a growing support group, in a successful enterprise software company
• At least 5 years' experience, including managerial experience, in supporting enterprise software products in networking space, preferable network security products
• Hands-on experience with building support processes and systems for enterprise customers, with focus on the US market
