We are seeking a highly experienced, passionate and motivated LEADER to lead our global teams of solutions architects and sales engineers. The candidate must be capable of understanding customer value and deliver winning solutions across multiple vertical markers, globally.
The qualified candidate will make significant impact on our growth and is required to interface effectively and work closely with different functions across the organization, including Product Management, Marketing, R&D and Sales organizations. The candidate must be able to effectively and extensively communicate with customers worldwide.
The job includes:
· Directly managing a team of solution architects and sales engineers at HQ, as well as working with regional solution teams in a matrix.
· Designing reference solutions for vertical markets such as Enterprises, Government & Military, Education markets and more.
· Leading sales engineering efforts and proposals for key accounts worldwide.
· Leading competitive analysis and campaigns vs. all company competitors and ensure worldwide sales & sales engineering teams, as well as other units, are well trained to battle competitors.
· Closely working with product management, business development, marketing and R&D teams to design and market leading solutions.
· Meeting customers and partners to understand their needs and promote company sales.
Qualifications:
· B.Sc. degree in Electrical Eng./ Computer Sciences, or BA in Exact Sciences. MBA – advantage.
· Excellent managerial skills, with at least 5 years of experience in leading E2E solution development / sales engineering / presales or technical business development teams in hi-tech companies, and directly support a business of at least $50M revenues/year. – Mandatory
· At least 5 years of experience as a sales engineer/ business development manager / product manager, supporting generation of $20M+ in revenues in a high-tech company.
· Proven experience in sales engineering for large scale accounts.
· Technical background in signal management & processing, cloud platforms and communication/AV/signal processing hardware.
· Proven ability to create value for customers through innovative technical solutions and business proposals.
· Willingness to frequently travel abroad.
· Exceptional communication skills in English: verbal, writing and presentation skills. Spanish/French – an advantage.
