Job Responsibilities:
Analyse and optimize acquisition channels, create decision tools in the different paid campaigns
Analyse and optimize retention and sales by using advanced tools and models
Measure and optimize customer engagement, LT, LTV, churn, and promote data driven product improvements Lead product marketing approach and optimize acquisition, conversion and sales
Develop data infrastructure and statistical analysis tools
Build and manage the data & business analysis team
Work directly and closely with the company's management and collaborate mainly with the product, marketing and customer facing teams
Job requirements:
BSc in Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant filed
MBA- advantage
4-6 years of proven track record in a similar position in a B2C online business
Demonstrated experience in generating statistical based models
Experience with online marketing channels optimization
Strong business approach combined with a strong passion for driving growth
Hands on “can-do” attitude with attention to details and problem-solving orientation
Fluent English writing and speaking
Strong knowledge of SQL queries, Phyton, statistics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
