Responsibilities:
Salesforce Service Cloud System Administration functions including reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Salesforce Integrations, Interfaces & data loading administration
Salesforce Sales cloud, Pardot & other corporate applications support and routine tasks
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and implementation of new development requests.
Work with the team to establish processes to support administrative and developments
Train of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
Handle communication between company users and vendors
Work independently with users to define and document development requirements
General IS developments & projects management
Minimum requirements/qualifications:
B.Sc. At Information Systems (or Industrial Engineering)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Salesforce.com hands-on administrator/Implementation Engineer in a global company
Saleforce.com certified Admin
Strong understanding of the Service Cloud platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, triggers, visualforce and other content of intermediate complexity
ETL processes experience- iConduct knowledge is preferred
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Excellent project management skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
