Devops Lead

Our operation is complex, requires unique solutions with bare-metal servers across 5 data centers, with real-time and mission-critical applications to maintain and monitor.
We are looking for an excellent DevOps lead that can improve our configuration management, deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and other processes.

Requirements are:
* 4 years experience managing Linux systems. Deep understanding in Linux networking, permissions etc.
* 2 years experience with configuration management tools - Salt (most preferable), Puppet, Chef etc.
* Ability to work in a performance-first environment, with custom-built bare-metal servers and complex networking requirements.
* Experience with application and server monitoring tools.
* Excellent English (communication with US counterparties is required).
* Scripting - bash and Python.
* Experience with Docker and Kubernetes under production environments.
* Advantage - team management or tech lead experience.
