תיאור המשרה | Job purpose:
- To plan, coordinate and manage assigned projects that involve implementation of novel technologies for agrochemical applications
- Maintaining communication lines between all personnel involved, both internally and external to the company
- Successive candidate will be accountable for planning and execution of crop protection delivery technologies/formulation development activities, as well as overseeing business partners such as CRO and CMO
Taking active part in planning of the R&D work plan
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Technology scouting - take active part in diligence process of potential technologies to be screened from a variety of industries for application in crop protection solutions
- R&D plan execution: help to promote the execution of R&D activities with a number of external technology partners
- Maintain tight collaboration with external technology partners - be responsible to promote, steer and monitor the ongoing collaborations and support day-to-day tasks
- Responsible to lead day-to-day tasks like samples logistics, samples QA before proceeding for biological evaluation, coordination of conference calls with technology partners, summary of meetings, etc.
Work in close collaboration with the appropriate disciplines across the organization like Product Development (agronomy) team, formulations, analytical and the Delivery Technologies Biokinetic Lab

Should be able to make decisions, work independently, and be detail oriented with excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as organizational skills. Requirements:
- PhD in exact sciences or relevant engineering - a must
- Chemistry
- Materials engineering
- Chemistry engineering
- Experience in Project Management - a plus
- Experience working with interfaces located abroad - a plus
