Delivery System Engineer

We are looking for an experienced engineer to take hands-on responsibility for development of our transfemoral/transseptal delivery system.
Job Description
Responsibility for all delivery system development activities and reporting to the VP R&D:
• Transfemoral/transseptal delivery system development from concept through first-in-human study
• Manage external vendors and contractors worldwide
• Work closely with well-regarded clinical consultants
• Perform laboratory bench testing and support in-vivo stage testing
• Responsible for writing technical specifications and related quality assurance and regulatory support documentation
Position Requirements
• B.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering – required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in developing cardiovascular catheters and delivery systems – required
• Prior experience in structural heart devices – advantage
• Successful track record of medical device product development from concept through development cycle
• Strong speaking and writing abilities in English
