Data Scientist

Responsibility:

o Help shaping our data road-map and promote new initiatives to extract value from our huge and growing pile of data
o Model, design and implement machine learning and recommendations algorithms, as well as other data science activities
o Perform data analysis to evaluate algorithms performance and take care of ongoing optimization improvements
o Independent research and innovation in new content and technological domains,while supporting existing projects
o Write production quality code while implementing your own ideas, as part of our company’s product offering.
Requirements
o BSc or MSc degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, etc.)
o At least 3 years of experience working with predictive and probabilistic models, clustering algorithms, classification models and recommendations techniques.
o Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into a technical solution
o Team player, Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
o Strong knowledge in functional programming (R or Python)
o Experience with general programming - Java (or equivalent)
o hands-on SQL skills
