• Pre-sales presentations and demo sessions.
• Manage Proof of Concepts (and come up with creative solutions to win the sale).
• Customer onboarding and training.
• Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investments and fully leverage their subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
• At least 2 years’ experience as Business Analyst/ DBA/ Product Manager for a data-driven business.
• Internet-savvy (e.g. Google Analytics, client-side scripting).
• Know how to SQL – a must.
• B.A or equivalent degree.
• Understanding of BI, analytics systems or Big Data.
• Native English/ English as mother tongue – a must.
• Ability to understand technology and convey it in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
