Qualifications• Minimum of 2 years experience in an Enterprise customer facing technical role• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills• Experience with query languages, troubleshooting, and system analysis• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills. Including the ability to work with remote customers• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment, owning business-critical customer support• Excellent English speaking & writing
