We are seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager to manage key customer projects, including delivering every project on time and within budget and scope. The essence of this role is to be the key person leading the customer account from the day after signing the contract through successful execution and expansion while being both the external and internal face of the program. As successful customer relationship starts with appropriate scoping of the relationship the Customer Account Manager will also have input into the pre-sale process and scoping of the customer relationship.
Most fitting talent will have background in multi-disciplinary project planning and execution, budgeting and analysis, and most importantly have the skills and aptitude at getting the best out of the people and projects s/he oversees
.
Key roles:
• Assume end-to-end responsibility of successful customer accounts, including delivering all its aspects on-scope, on-time and on-budget. Note – you will be expected to juggle more than one account or one very large account
• Some of the key responsibilities per account:
o Be involved in the final stages of the pre-sale process and influence the relationship scoping and attributes
o Ensure absolute customer satisfaction
o Coordinate with the customer and the relevant internal teams to develop project plan including project scope, release schedule, milestones, deliverables etc.
o Manage effective project implementation and delivery across multiple disciplines (technology, operations, marketing and the like) to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Manage project activities to meet business goals.
o Track and monitor project execution to make sure that the customer requirements are met.
o Identify and manage resource requirements, required skill sets, training plans, quality reviews, documentations and weekly meetings required for project execution
o Develop process improvements to meet customer needs.
o Improve customer relationship by providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
o Validate project plan and schedule to incorporate any changes requested by customers.
o Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between customers and project team throughout the project implementation phase.
o Inform project status, schedule and key issues to customers and management on regular basis.
Requirements:
• Educational background, preferably in the fields of science or engineering
• Proven working experience as a Project or Account Manager
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
