The Head of Market Development will help us position and maintain the company’s leadership in the industry by supporting building different segments market with webinars, conferences, press, collateral, sales tools, customers stories , and more. This person will live and breathe the company’s brand narrative and develop as well as tell our story through all marketing channels to drive more growth and adoption. As we are the Global Business Unit this role will not manage marketing campaigns / focus on lead gen and this team main focus is storytelling and building new markets.
An experienced manager with ability to manage experience marketeers as well as few teams. We are looking for out of the box thinker, that will challenge and re-invent the way we do marketing.
To be successful, this person must be charismatic, true leader, scrappy and love the hustle, be able to develop company-wide relationships, embody the company’s values, be comfortable working with the team distributed internationally, be ruthless in their evaluation of what’s working or not, and consistently and proactively look for ways to improve as we continue to grow.
Requirements:
· Experience manager who led few teams in the past and worked in complex corp. matrix
· Experience in managing big marketing budget (few millions $)
· Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to present in English to large audience
· Content management including PR / IR / Presentations etc.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
· Strong data-orientation
· Strong and creative storyteller
· Comfortable learning new technologies and industries
· Ability to work in fast-paced environment
· Detail oriented and focus on process
