CMC Support Senior Scientist

Main responsibilities
• Develop and test methods for product characterization, release and stability.
• Perform in-house activities that support or complement to CMOs (DS and DP manufacturing troubleshooting).
• Prepare technical documents including development reports and SOPs.
• Upstream and downstream and formulation processes design, optimization and tech transfer to manufacturing CMOs.
• Assisting in other team tasks as required.

Job requirements
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology engineering or equivalent discipline with 5 or more years of relevant industrial experience
• Experience in bio-analytical methods development
• Experience in working with bacteria / bacteriophages – advantage.
• Able to precisely plan, execute, document and present results of multi-step protocols.
• Fast learner and independent thinker, able to perform at the highest standards both individually and as part of a team.
• Relevant industry experience with multidisciplinary basis -
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English.
