Responsibilities
• Provide DevSupport for customers
• Ability understand and debug basic to advanced Java code
• Ability to implement intermediate level automation tasks using bash or python
• Ability to plan, QC, and implement routine to highly complex maintenance work
• Experience in a SaaS/Cloud environment
• Strong, proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Supports and interacts with customers through a combination of ticket and mail issues
• Troubleshoot and monitor AWS production environments to discover and resolve product related issues
• Work closelwith support and development teams
• Work with vendors and the wider community to address technical issues
• Work with QA team to identify and test for failure scenarios based on real-world operational experience
• Be able to work in a flexible work schedule
• Mostly work from home. Work for two days from the office
• Excellent English communication skills; Verbal and Written
• Team player

• Experience with Amazon EC2, S3
• Experience with Mongo DB
• Experience with optimisation and profiling tools
• Experience with a monitoring applications such as SolarWinds or logz.io
• TCP / IP Stack / Network Troubleshooting
