• Manage and implement clinical training plans
• Schedule, prepare and deliver training for clinical sites personnel, vendors, OR rep, company team etc.
• Draw upon a range of methods to support staff to learn about best care practice, to keep their skills and knowledge up to date and to continue their professional development
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical training programs
• Make sure learning methods are cost effective and make improvements where necessary
• Assist to solve specific training requirements
• Manage a team of OR reps
• Manage and coordinate clinical operation activities throughout the study
• Build positive working relationships with clinical staff and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and up to date records relating to training and development
REQUIREMENTS
• RN with Bachelor-level degree or DVM – significant advantage
• Previous experience in developing and providing training.
• Previous experience in clinical trials – An advantage
• Solid communication skills, including presentation, verbal and written abilities are vital.
• Ability to manage study teams and perform issue escalation
• Team player who has a strong understanding of hospital structure and role of the personnel.
• Highly organized
• Agility and flexibility combined with ability to work with in deadlines
• Solution-oriented with problem-solving attitude
• Full proficiency with Office software
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
• Frequent International travel (40-50%), and working off-hours can be expected
