we aim to improve health through fast and accurate diagnostic testing. We have successfully built device which performs complete blood count (CBC) based on our own scanning hardware, computer vision and machine learning algorithms. We are now building on our vast experience to extend our capabilities to new and exciting sample types and clinical conditions.
In your role as Calibration Engineering Manager, you will:
· Manages the calibration efficiency team (3-5 FTE) targeting continuous improvement around quality, productivity, and efficiency.
· Manages the consumables OPS lab (2-3 FTE)
· Develop, define and work to effectively improve the production line processes to support production scale up rate, quality and productivity requirements.
· Work closely with R&D, Product and Engineering group to define requirements for yield improvements tasks (including yield reporting & tracking), hardware and software tools testers and general improvements and for automation.
· Involved in the development and ongoing update of the production risk analysis (PFMEA).
· Fluent in the following quality processes: incoming, in process and final inspection, MRB and CAPA (implementation, review and disposition authority), ECO and process validation and work closely with QA managers to meet quality standards and follow quality procedures.
· Authorized to approve analyzer calibration & integration processes.
· Coordinate, prioritize and manage investigation of production problems and approve non conformances.
· Encourage and motivate managed employees to constantly seek for improvement of processes and quality.
· Reporting to the COO
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
· 3+ years of proven excellent management experience in leading a research-manufacturing oriented team.
· Medical industry experience – advantage.
· Experience in data analysis
· Experience in programming
· Experience in statistical analysis
· Excellent leadership skills
· Full proficiency in English is mandatory, capable of writing, editing, and reviewing technical procedures and work instructions, interpret guidelines and standards
