We are looking for a super talented team leader, with a strong C# background, but most of all – a strong leadership and execution mindset, who gets excited by bringing complex E2E solutions that solve real challenges. A person who has a passion for good design and well-built software, and who likes mentoring others to be top notch developers as they grow. You are looking for an C# Team Leader
  
Requirements
    • B.Sc. Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent knowledge
    • 12+ years’ experience with OO, (5 with C#), 6+ as a Team Leader of a mission-critical team
    • Designer by nature, loves creating robust, scalable, and testable software solutions
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proven ability to deliver successful products, while working in Agile methodology
    • Proven ability to review code and software designs. Passion for mentoring
    • Strong leadership and management skills, multitasker by design
    • Excellent understanding of OOD, SOLID principles and design patterns
    • Strong knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL, Queries)
    • Excellent knowledge of refactoring practices and tools (e.g. Resharper).
    •  Familiar with code quality, system security & performance tools, and able to integrate them into the workflow
    • Familiar with logging and monitoring best practices
    • Self-taught, always up to date with new technologies
    • Professional English
  
Advantages
    • Experience with ASP.NET Web API. Strong understanding of REST API
    •  Familiar with Domain Driven Design
    • Familiar with CI/CD tools
    • Experience working in containerized environment
    • Familiarity with dynamic languages
    • Experienced with AWS in general
    • Experience in designing and building multi-tenant and scalable microservice systems
