Improvement champion, leading cross functional teams to implement business process changes. End to end process overlook and analysis to allow detailed changes in IT systems and daily way of work.
Business Processes Main Goals:
• Develop and improve continuously the processes of the Operations department to align with overall company strategy.
• Develop and maintain in conjunction with stakeholders in Operations, the requirements for tools and methodologies to support best-in-class processes execution.
• Build cross company integrated processes to ensure full alignment and agile process execution.
• Business owner of all IT projects within the Operations department. Manage, monitor and work together with IT to meet projects milestones and quality deliveries. SAP Business Partner to the OPS department

• Support analysis. the Operations manager with KPIs development and Long term business.
The Business Process Engineer will be required to:
• Work daily with IT analysts to make sure tasks are clear, on track, and tested by the business personnel as required. Lead to tasks completion.
• Analyze processes and suggest mitigation plan and process changes. Build a work plan and execute it per approved time table and budget.
• Master QlickView tool as essential data mining platform to allow business analysis. (User level). Work with OPS personnel to constantly improve the data mining capabilities.
• Lead significant long term project (2 quarters and more) to successful completion: Gather teams, lead discussions, monitor action items, manage budget needs, report to management.
• Perform data analysis where needed , focus on excel analysis tools and capabilities.(common statistical analysis)
• Understand with finance control the product cost and the budget implications and verify activity is aligned with financial impact.
Required Qualifications:
• Industrial & Management Engineer BCS from university – must. Technion an advantge
• MBA student– an advantage
• Experienced with ERP processes, preferred SAP in modules: MM, PP, SD. Procurement, logistics, production, QA , planning.
• Knowledge of the PLM process and ECOs process. Worked with PLM system (Agile, Enovia) – benefit
• Ability to lead tasks on a matrix based environment – must
• Performed project management tasks successfully and led at lease 1-2 forums to successful implementation. Preferred – areas of production, supply chain, procurement, QA
• Detailed, accurate, high analysis capabilities – must
• Good Communication Skills, “people’s person”, organized, multi-task , first pass yield
• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure - must
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, “Can do” approach - must
• Experience in a medical devices environment – an advantage
• Availability to work additional hours if required
• Ability to work in English – must
• Officer in combat army - an advantage
