Business Operation Analyst

This person will be in charge of Voice and SMS traffic routing and analysis. He/She will work together with Carrier Relations, Technical, Marketing, and Support teams to optimize revenue, cost, and quality of the Off Net Voice and SMS services.

Responsibilities:
• Manage routing and quality performance. • Perform detailed analysis, identify problems, and come up with solutions.
• Setting pricing policy.
• In charge of analyzing department revenues and cost control.
• Liaise with other internal departments on a daily basis
• Work with external clients and vendors.
• Be able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.

Requirements:
• Excellent analytic skills with at least 2 years of proven experience.
• Excellent knowledge in Excel.
• Excellent English.
• Relevant BA degree from a leading University.
• Highly motivated and results oriented
