Key Job Responsibilities
• Specify and organize data sources.
• Derive and write clearly articulated key findings and observations from analyzing various data sources.
• Assist in writing analytical plans and more advanced analytic deliverables.
• Competency in analytic techniques such as: time series data analysis, segmentation, univariate & multivariate statistical analysis, significance testing, variance and growth calculations, forecasting, return on investment, business model creation, assumption testing.
• Managing product proof of concepts projects with new prospects.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Information Management, Computer Science, Business, Management or related degree.
• 2-3 years related experience in a big data company.
• Understanding customers requirements and translating them to technical spec.
• Experience creating and manipulating large datasets, using SQL
• Advanced knowledge and competency of Excel: Pivots, advanced formulas/macros, multi-spreadsheet links.
• Proficient in preparing customer-oriented presentations – In English
• Strong verbal and communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel to the customer site from time to time (up to 20%)
