Responsibilities:
· Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets representing the behaviors of game players
· Provide recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features and game economies.
· Work closely with internal departments such as product, economy and monetization in order to make data driven decisions and track on product performance.
· Manage projects with the monetization and product managers to improve business KPIs
· Initiate, plan and analyze multiple A/B tests that will affect main KPIs and lead business growth.
Requirements:
· 2+ years of analytical work experience, preferably for a web or mobile company, Online Gaming industry
· BA/B.Sc. in Statistics / Math / Engineering/ Economy or another quantitative field
· Extensive SQL experience working with large and complex data sets
· Experience working with BI / Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) – an advantage
· High level of analytical and problem – solving skills with strong attention to details
· Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
· Can do approach & independent.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
