REQUIREMENTS

First-class analytical skills, and proven track record of applying them to solve problems in a non-academic environment

At least one year of experience in a role that involves quantitative analysis, including programmatically querying databases using some common interface (e.g. SQL)

Exceptional attention to detail and relentless drive to find the right answer; strong communication and visualization skills, with a penchant for data-based storytelling

Experience in a scripting language commonly used for data processing (e.g. R, Python), or strong willingness to learn

Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, plus the creative drive and “trust the process” mentality that enables gradual improvements over many iterations

Advantage: Experience with a popular BI framework (Looker, Tableau)

Advantage: BSc in a quantitative field

Advantage: BA experience working on a B2C or CRM-like B2B product, or as an online marketing analyst.
