Responsibilities:
· Monthly close process and month-end reporting
· AR operations – billing and invoicing/collection management
· Cash flow management
· Control and release payments
· Ensure revenue recognition and quality control over the P&L transactions.
· Review IC transactions
· Manage the bookkeeping team, and support the day-to-day finance operations
· Interact and work in coordination with the Corporate Finance team
· Handle relationship with local auditors and tax advisors
· Process payroll in a timely manner
· Undertaking ad-hoc financial tasks
Requirements:
· Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage)
· 7 years or aboveof experience as a payroll controller and in payroll bookkeeping and accounting
· Experience with global companies or VC and international payroll
· Proven managerial experience.
· NetSuite experience – big advantage
· Proficient in Excel – pivot, vlookup, reports
· English – high professional level
· Ability to manage multiple activities concurrently, high work ethic.
