We׳re looking for a highly motivated, organized and dedicated Bookkeeper and Payroll Processor to join our growing Finance team and assist our day to day accounting requirements and monthly closing process. The finance team is responsible for all aspects from ensuring that we are compliant with all tax regulations and business obligations, payroll processing , through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company’s extensive growth.
What will you do?
§ Recording daily financial transactions.
§ Prepare and manage payments cycle to global vendors.
§ Prepare and manage invoicing and collection from global customers.
§ Track bank account balances and perform bank reconciliation.
§ Travel reports and personal expenses reimbursement.
§ Support in EOM closing.
§ Perform other bookkeeping tasks as requested.
§ Work in a multi currency environment.
§ Prepare and process monthly payroll for approximately 70 employees in Israel including withholding tax and National Insurance
What will you need?
§ Certified Bookkeeper – Must.
§ Certified payroll processor r with minimum 2 years experience of payroll management- Advantage
§ 2-4 years experience of bookkeeping (global company – Advantage)..
§ Advanced English level (both spoken and written) –Must.
§ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel – Must.
§ Knowledge in NetSuite – Advantage.
§ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
§ Ability to prioritize workload.
§ Ability to work in a team and be a team player.
