Job description:
• Managing suppliers (invoices, payments, reconciliations)
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing Overseas Travel Reports
• Manage fixed assets.
• Manage all P&L items except for payroll.
• Reporting to statutory authorities – Income Tax, National Insurance & VAT.
• Monthly closing
– preparing reports for management
– analytical analysis
– preparing material for audits
Job requirements:
• Experience of at least 5 years as a bookkeeper.
• Experience in global companies.
• Excellent Hebrew and English
• An ability to work to deadlines.
• Analytical abilities, problem solving; high degree of accuracy and attention to details
• Willingness to work extra hours during monthly/quarterly closing
• Excellent interpersonal relations and teamwork.
