Job responsibilities
– Build and maintain dashboards for all departments with KPIs, trends and analysis.
– Analyze customer profiles and behavior including LTV, retention/churn and more.
– Define and analyze populations to support campaigns.
– Analyze sales funnels and campaign effectiveness.
– Monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported.
– Support executives in business decisions processes for sales, marketing and operations.
– Prepare presentations for management to support company’s success.
Requirements from candidates:
– 3+ years’ experience as BI analyst
– B.Sc. in Statistics, Economics or similar disciplines from a leading university. MBA – an advantage.
– Experience in online/mobile – an advantage
– Experience with BI systems (Sisense/Tableau/others) and SQL queries.
– Experience with SalesForce and MixPanel – an advantage.
– Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
– High-level English and excellent communication skills
