Tier 2/3 audio/video Enterprise core infrastructure technical support.
Work with global and local functions on various infrastructure projects.
Provide support to Teva's video NOC teams, ensuring a high degree of satisfaction and quick response time.
Use formal escalation process and troubleshooting methodologies to ensure effective and efficient handling of various incidents.
Develop and present relevant technical diagrams and operational procedures.
Contribute content to team's knowledge base.
3-5 years of technical support experience in large global companies
Excellent technical skills in networking, ISDN and private digital networks
Polycom collaboration products - RMX, DMA, RPRM, RPAD
Microsoft Lync integration with Polycom environment
Avaya integration with Polycom environment
Knowledge of audio and video conferencing, and audio-visual equipment (e.g. Crestron) installed in conferencing rooms
Experience in Audio/Video conference room design
Polycom CVE certified - an advantage
Networking certifications (CCNA/CCNA/CCNP/CCNP Voice) - an advantage
