What You Will Do:
· Grow and hold, a deep understanding of our product portfolio and application technologies
· Set the right cleaning process at customer site
o Select product, set concentration and other parameters
o Check cleaning parameters by titration, cond measurement and other methods
· Provide hygiene trainings to customers (chemistry and microbiology)
· Support the sales process and the sales team by any technical need.
· Assist Sales Representatives with plant surveys of prospective customers
· Assist Sales Representatives with trials of new applications in both existing customers and in new accounts
· Participate in design reviews, new application trails, and evaluations.
· Develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders in the strategic accounts where you provide service support to other Sales Representatives
· Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer pain points, escalating as required
· Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels;
· Supporting our innovations and technologies in the local accounts
· Follow our safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements
Position Details:
· Travel is required to support sales territory

Minimum Qualifications:
· Holds a Bachelor and/or Masters degree of Chemical, Microbiologic, Food & Biotechnology or other disciplines of engineering and Chemistry
· 1-2 years of technical service or field sales support experience
· Is fluent in written and spoken English
· Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
· Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
· Is eager to work in field
· Has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and communication
