1. Overview of all scientific chemical aspects of the finished ingredient, literature review of all potential known components, their physicochemical properties and potential stability by developing and implementing analytical procedures such as stress study, short term stability and etc.
2. Investigating and understanding, qualitatively and quantitatively, the herbal extractions, their active compounds and identify/develop the relevant analytical methods suitable for them;
3. promote and upgrade analytical methods development;
4. Search for new analytical methods technologies in line with the physicochemical characteristics of new ingredients
5. Close interface with other relevant department in MC
6. Strengthen the science capability of the analytical staff;
7. Quality control release of process extraction production;
QUALIFICATIONS
At list an MA in analytical or organic chemistry, PHD- an advantage.
At list 5 years experience in the industry (3 for PHD)
Experience from the pharmaceutics, food or cosmetic industries
Proven experience in chromatographic separation
Proven experience in identifying small molecules
Great spoken and written English and Hebrew
