DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a full-time bookkeeper to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv.
Our ideal candidate is an individual with strong analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate should be a well-organized self-starter with a desire to improve processes in an efficient way.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Record suppliers’ invoices and process purchase orders (PO).
● Provide customer collection service, maintaining ongoing relationships with customers (based on AR aging) via phone and email, while following internal processes.
● Manage communication with our external collection company while following internal processes.
● Review and approve expense reports according to company policy.
● Handle our monthly credit card reconciliation.
● Respond to all vendor inquiries (internal and external).
● Assist with month-end closing and other projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
● 3-4 years of bookkeeping experience
● Strong verbal and written English skills
● Accounts Payable, collection and month-end close experience
