Responsibilities:
* Define players target groups for CRM activity based on database analysis
* Devise and implement marketing plans
* Execute promotional plans utilising online systems for creating and managing campaigns
* Test the effectiveness of the marketing procedure and optimize where necessary
* Build effective relationships with internal departments that support the company’s marketing activities (copy, creative, web)
Technical Skills:
* Project Management skills, resource and time management, profit/loss focus
* Technical orientation
* Ability to generate reports and analyze data (command Excel)
* Matrix management skills – manage internal and outsourced resources
* Fluent English, spoken and written; additional languages a plus
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree; marketing related a plus
Experience:
* At least 2 years' experience in on- line CRM
* Experience with SilverpopTM CRM system a major plus
* Background and passion for social networking and games
* Background in online gaming a plus |
