A fast growing medical device startup is looking for Operations/ Logistic Controller & Administration Manager

Job Description:
Purchasing and shipping:
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs)
• Monitor Orders status and maintain records
• Verify payment to suppliers and align with Finance
• Coordinating dispatches
• Booking and arranging shipments with freight forwarder and carriers and completing all necessary paperwork
• Process shipping documents
• Coordinate and control the cycle of transportation to ensure goods are delivered to the on time
Administration:
• Carrying out general administration, such as Office supplies, Cafeteria supplies, mail collection and Focal point for office maintenance and IT requirements
• Company servers backup
• Handle & solve import/export issues – customs, carriers, paperwork, payments • ERP (Priority) administrator
• Handling company’s invoices
• Handle company traveling bookings arrangements if needed
• Support Clinical team – documentation management and files

Experience Needed:
• Multi-tasking position – Must - 3 years
• Operative position – Must – 3 years
• Logistic/Finance information systems – Must (Priority preferred)

Personal skills:
• Excellent communication (reading, writing and speaking) skills in Hebrew and English
• Adaptable, flexible and has the ability to adjust plans depending on urgency of tasks
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent monitoring, supervisory and interpersonal skills
