Responsibilities
• Business partnership with the GBU Head and relevant management team and management members
• Lead HR processes within the groups (OD, recruitments & introduction plans, welfare plans, compensations)
• Lead OD processes (reorganizations, internal and cross organizational processes, matrix relationships)
• Lead development programs for management levels (Directors/managers/team leaders)
• The professional focal point managers and employees at all levels (management consulting, career development, individuals' personal needs etc.)
Education
• BA in behavioral science, MBA/MA – an advantage
Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience as HR Manager / Business Partner in a global / hi-tech organization
• Proven OD approach and experience – as consultant / HR function
• Very good interpersonal capabilities:
o To be perceived as a professional authority as well as a person whom is easy to talk to
o To build effective relationship with the IL and global HR people |
