1. Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot end user notebooks, desktops, peripherals, monitors, personal printers and mobile devices.
2. Provide support to end users relating to hardware and software, computer applications, LAN components and peripherals.
3. Experience in Windows & Non-Windows Operating system environment.
4. Should be able to provide log analysis and provide recommendations on the current infrastructure.
5. Must have good knowledge on building Operating system Images with any of the below tools like Image X, DISM, OSCD Image, Sysprep, Ghost…Etc.
6. Should have exposure on Windows 7 Desktop image deployment process & documentation, including Boot Image, Task Sequence, Driver Packages, Language Packs & Regional components thru various tools. (For Ex: WDS).
7. Provide Level II support to troubleshoot deployment issues, desktop software conflicts and client health issues and resolve SCCM management point policy issues.
8. Must have experience in patching systems and software (using SCCM)
9. Must have good understanding on End-point Security portfolio
10. Should be able to manage and secure systems through the use of EPO server by performing various tasks like Disk encryption, VSE upgrade and Data Loss Prevention.
11. Must have Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
