Responsibilities & Scope of Role
• Providing customer support focused mainly on the Neonatal MRI system.
• Hands-on user support while the Embrace Neonatal MRI System is in operation.
• Understanding user needs regarding image protocols and workflow.
• Preparing and implementing training programs and procedures.
• Coordinating with radiologists to assure that the appropriate protocols are installed, and that the MR system is operating at levels in accordance with published performance specifications.
• Providing ongoing customer support for the Embrace Neonatal MRI System, including: software updates, system upgrades, performance troubleshooting follow-up visits.
• Supporting sales staff demonstrations to potential customers, with information regarding basic system overview, image display, scanning, and system specifications and capabilities.
• Supporting the clinical output to get a feedback on product performance and system enhancement suggestions.
• Reporting all relevant customer input to the product and R&D to help improve the future product.
• For future product – defining new application (MR Protocols) based on the understanding the clinical need.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Ph.D./ M.Sc. Biology, Chemistry or Bioengineering
• Extensive experience in a similar position at a company with main customer base abroad and/or medical companies, an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to operate a PC with Windows software.
• Ability to work under pressure in a challenging and dynamic environment.
• Excellent self-expression abilities, both and written and spoken.
• Full fluency in both written and spoken English.
